How to View Your Pictures

ONLINE CODE

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter your online code which is the STUDENT ID followed by the code F24. For example, student ID 1234567 would be 1234567F24. Please enter this passcode and your email to log in to the gallery. The email you enter should be one that order receipts and/or digital downloads can be sent to.

ORDER DEADLINE FOR SCHOOL DELIVERY

Orders are DUE by THURSDAY, JANUARY 30th for free delivery to the school.

Orders submitted after the due date will be mailed and additional shipping fees will be applied.

Digital Download orders will be delivered immediately via email--check your spam or junk folder.

ORDERING FOR MULTIPLE STUDENTS

Have more than one child and want to combine your shopping cart? No problem! Please find the button below called "Step-by-Step Ordering" to find out how, or contact us if you need help. Please use the same email when logging into subsequent portrait galleries.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD HELP

If you've ordered a digital download, please note that this item is sent via EMAIL immediately after completing your order. Please enter your email address correctly when logging into your student's gallery. After ordering a digital download, please CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM folder for the emailed file. Please contact us if you have any trouble.

What To Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following:

Free Dress Portraits

Portraits for students and staff on a grey backdrop! The look is clean and modern and focuses on your child and not the background.

All Stevens students will be photographed in school appropriate free dress. Please make sure your student is well-groomed and camera-ready!

Hair & Grooming

We make it a point to help clean faces and fine-tune hair before we take your child's picture (like smoothing fly-aways, fixing headbands, etc.). Please your child to bring any hair grooming items they might need for final touches before they're in front of our camera.

For long-haired girls, we suggest wearing hair down, since ponytails and buns tend to get messy throughout the day. Hair bows should be small so as not to distract from the face. And don't forget to ask your kids to brush their teeth!

Online Proofing

About 3-5 weeks after Picture Day, your child's Fall Portraits will be uploaded to our website in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering.

Proofing information will be sent via email or through the school, but our Newsletter Subscribers will get notified first!

Picture Day Schedule

How It Works

1. We photograph students on Fall Picture Days--11/19 -11/20.

2. Give us about 3-5 weeks to process the images and get them ready for viewing.

3. When the images are uploaded and ready to go, we will send information to the school telling students and parents how to access their student galleries, including passcodes and ordering instructions. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know before everyone else does (perks, yay!).

4. Place an order by the deadline date, please. Orders will be delivered to the school.

5. If you missed the ordering deadline, don't worry--your images will still be available for purchase; however, you will have to pay a shipping fee, and your order will be sent directly to you.

Meet Your School Photographers

Hello Stevens Elementry Families! We are Lot Five Studios--a small, local photography company based in Garden Oaks and Oak Forest with more than 15 years of experience photographing children in our neighborhood schools.

Our approach is to connect with your student to get natural smiles and laughs, all while documenting their growth through school photos. We are determined to bring you beautiful photography in a fresh, modern style while helping your child gain self-confidence and be at ease in front of a camera.

We're local moms whose kids went to SRL ECC, GOMM, Durham, FBMS and Energy, HSPVA, and Heights. We live and work in the area, so don't be surprised if you spot us at Kroger or Starbucks on 43rd or if your kids recognize and greet us. We are super excited to be part of your community again and can't wait to reconnect with you! See you soon, Stallions!

A Few Final Notes:

Makeups will be offered for Fall Portraits on a date to be determined. Sign up for the School Picture Newsletter to receive notices regarding fall pictures!

Ordering Online. It's our thing. There will be a cut-off date for orders to be delivered free to the school, so please keep your eyes peeled for deadlines. After the deadline, you can still order, but you may have to pay a shipping fee, and we don't offer as many cool packages or products as the ones we deliver to the school. Please expect up to 4 weeks after the deadline for order delivery.

You are a Star. We'd love to use your photo! At Lot Five Studios, we always look for smiling students to use as models. If you are interested in allowing your child's school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry; we never use any identifying information about students--just your awesome image.
