Class pictures for 2020-2021 are now available for ordering. All orders will ship directly to your home. Please use the code SRL21 at checkout for free shipping on all orders.

ONLINE CODE

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter your online code as described below.

Use the first FOUR LETTERS OF LAST NAME, followed by the first FOUR LETTERS OF FIRST NAME, and the code "F20." For example, Jonathan Anderson would be "AndeJonaF20" and so on.

Having log-in issues? READ below:

--Names shorter than five letters, please enter ALL letters.
--Please use the student's name as registered at the school; no nicknames or middle names.
--If two last names, please use the first last name in the passcode. For example, "Sarah Garcia-Jones" would have the passcode "GarcSaraF20."

--Please enter this password and your email to log in to the gallery.

NOTE: We have tried our best to ensure all online codes are unique, however, there are students with very similar names. Should you have any trouble accessing our child's gallery, please contact us immediately.

RETAKES POSTED

If your student was photographed for retakes, you can find their retake photos alongside their original photos in their school picture gallery. Retakes are indicated with "ret" in the filename.

What To Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following:

For Your Safety

2020 has been a trying time for all of us. Please know that when we photograph your child, we adhere to safety standards which include socially-distanced photography between the subject and photographer, and an abundance of hand sanitizer. Additionally, all Lot Five Studios employees are masked at all times when working with your student.

Hair & Grooming

We do our best to clean the faces of little ones, and ask the big ones how their hair is supposed to look.

We always do our best to fix your child's hair before taking their picture, so please prompt your child on what to do with their hair when they're in front of our camera.

For long-haired girls, we suggest wearing hair down, as ponytails and braids do not photograph as well as loose hair. Hair bows and accessories should be smaller in size as to not distract from your student's face.

Head Shots in Mass Uniforms

Fall Portraits are head shots for students and staff on a grey backdrop! The look is clean and modern, and put the focus on your child and not the background.

All St. Rose of Lima students in grades 1st through 8th will be photographed in mass uniforms; PreK3, PreK4, and Kindergarten students will be photographed in standard uniform. Please make sure your student is well-groomed and camera ready!

Online Proofing

About 3 weeks after Picture Day, your child's Fall Portraits will be uploaded to our website in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering.

Proofing information will be sent through the school, but our Newsletter Subscribers will get notified first!

Class Pictures

Group/Class photos will be photographed at the same time as individual portraits. These will be posted for sale later in the school year.

Make Ups and Retakes

At Lot Five Studios, your satisfaction is always our goal. If your child missed their picture day, or you'd like to get a retake for any reason, your students can come back on Retake Day--Thursday, November 12th.

Please make sure to let your child's teacher know that they need a make up or retake photo, and send us a retake request by clicking the button below to tell us how we can do better.

Everything You Need to Know About Fall Portraits

RETAKES will be offered only for Fall Portraits on Thursday, November 12th. If your child has already been photographed, the new image will be uploaded in to the same gallery as their original photos within 2 weeks.

Ordering Online. It's our thing. There will be cut-off date for orders to be delivered to the school, so please keep your eyes peeled for deadlines. After deadlines, you can still order, but you may have to pay a shipping fee after a certain date. Please expect up to 3-4 weeks after deadline for order delivery.

We'd Love to use Your Child's Photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your child's school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry, we never use any identifying information about your children--just the image.
